I came to Doctor Welch after my Sciatic pain got so bad I couldn’t stand for more than a few minutes or walk without terrible pain. I had never experienced anything like that in the past and have never had back problems before.
After asking around and doing some research, I decided to see Dr. Welch because his reputation was excellent and was very well recommended. His office was close to where I live and his hours fit my hectic shift schedule at work.
From the very first call to his office, the staff was very nice and professional. I got an appointment quickly and after an initial consultation with Dr. Welch and some X-Rays, he adjusted me the same day.
Dr. Welch was very reassuring and genuinely cares about his patients. It was very apparent the moment I met him.
After seeing him for about 2 months now, my pain is completely gone and my overall range of motion has improved and I just feel better all around. In a short period of time, I feel Dr. Welch has gone out of his way to get to know me as a person and our brief conversations during treatment are always pleasant. The office is warm and welcoming, as is the entire staff.

Does Medicare Cover Chiropractic?
YES – If you are a medicare beneficiary, and you want chiropractic care, you are in good luck. Medicare covers chiropractic in 2 different ways. First directly. It is covered by medicare. If you have a secondary insurance (such as AARP, Blue Cross, Aetna, United HealthCare, Cigna, Blue Shield, etc.), the secondary is supposed to cover your copay (unless your copay is higher than than the secondary – I know it is confusing sometimes). Many senior citizens use their medicare to help with their aches and pains, arthritis, back pain and headaches.
